We feel so fortunate to have selected Blue Heron Signature Homes to build our beautiful house.  The entire process was enjoyable as the team was very helpful and agreeable throughout.  We started with an established design and then tweaked it with changes to further customize it to our liking including some excellent ideas from the builder team.  Olivia was able to offer design advice when we asked but otherwise lead us through the process of meeting with the vendors and allowed us to make choices to our own taste.  Jason was able to answer our questions regarding construction and did everything to our specifications.  The process went smoothly because the team listened to what we wanted and delivered what they promised, and more.  We are in a new neighborhood with several different builders and as we watched construction of our home and others, we could easily see that our house is of a higher quality than many of the others.  High quality and a team that listens and performs – who could ask for more!
