"We feel so fortunate"
We feel so fortunate to have selected Blue Heron Signature Homes to build our beautiful house. The entire process was enjoyable as the team was very helpful and agreeable throughout. We started with an established design and then tweaked it with changes to further customize it to our liking including some excellent ideas from the builder team. Olivia was able to offer design advice when we asked but otherwise lead us through the process of meeting with the vendors and allowed us to make choices to our own taste. Jason was able to answer our questions regarding construction and did everything to our specifications. The process went smoothly because the team listened to what we wanted and delivered what they promised, and more. We are in a new neighborhood with several different builders and as we watched construction of our home and others, we could easily see that our house is of a higher quality than many of the others. High quality and a team that listens and performs – who could ask for more!

"Your eye for design, attention to detail..."
It has been so nice working with you through the building of our new home, and a joy getting to know you. Your eye for design, attention to detail, availability, AND sense of humor was much appreciated along the way.

"...everything was handled with ease."
Working with Blue Heron Signature Homes was an absolute pleasure. Jason Mathena and Olivia Lowry were exceptional in listening to what we wanted to accomplish and then making that happen. We even threw a few curve balls their way during the build process and everything was handled with ease. After living in the home for almost a year now, we can also say that the quality is second to none. We have built numerous homes in the past and this is the only one that has had almost no issues at year one. Although we feel like we built our dream forever home, if we do decide to go through the process again, we would certainly use Blue Heron Signature Homes.

"...delivered an incredible product."
Building a new home after retirement was an undertaking that we seriously questioned prior to pulling the trigger with Blue Heron Signature Homes. It turned out to be a great decision and a very enjoyable experience. We went through four or five design tweaks that were easily and graciously accepted by Blue Heron Signature Homes. The plan we put in place clearly laid out the allowances in every category. Working with Olivia, we always knew where we stood to budget before any decision was made. Her professional guidance and opinions carried a lot of weight and we always felt she had our best interest at heart. Obstacles never seemed like obstacles, as the general attitude from Jason was always “no problem.” He always tried to figure out a way to get to “yes, we can do that.” We were extremely pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of the sub-contractors. The overall quality of our home is outstanding, and we couldn’t be happier. Blue Heron Signature Homes made our home building experience fun and adventurous and delivered an incredible product. A great plan, great communication and execution from a professional team and commitment to timelines rendered us a beautiful home. We highly recommend Blue Heron Signature Homes.
